Do not lose hope in Allah, for He is the Creator. He will create another way for you. Do not flee from your trials; patience in adversity is the foundation of all virtue, of compassion and sainthood.

This piece is formed entirely using only Arabic calligraphy in the ornamental Diwani Jali script. The text in this piece is the entire 93th book of the Qur’an. It is part of an ongoing project ‘The Quran for Solidarity‘.
This Surah, entitled ‘Ad-Duha’, meaning ‘The morning brightness’ is composed of 11 different verses. The first three verses are in the upper horizontal line. The fourth verse is the larger lower line. The other verses read clockwise. For example the fifth verse is upside down on the left and so on. A translation of the whole surah can be seen below, courtesy of Sahih International. The Hindi numerals appear at the end of every verse. All 11 verses are included, and none are repeated.

93:01 By the morning brightness
93:02 [by] the night when it covers with darkness,
93:03 Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].
93:04 And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].
93:05 And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
93:06 Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?
93:07 And He found you lost and guided [you],
93:08 And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.
93:09 So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].
93:10 And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].
93:11 But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].
